HUBERT Serge

Serge Hubert dispose d’un parcours riche et diversifié : administrateur au sein de conseils d’administration publics et privés, associé dans les cabinets internationaux Deloitte et KPMG, ainsi que DRH exécutif dans le secteur de la santé.
De longue date, il intervient comme expert dans les domaines de la gouvernance d’entreprise ainsi qu’au sein d’entités publiques. Il préside actuellement l’Institut européen H-User Institute, qui oeuvre à la mise en application internationale de la Charte européenne de gouvernance humaine.

Serge Hubert has extensive experience in the fields of public and private governance, leadership, organizational transformation, and the international representation of organizational and People interests. 
A board member within both public and private boards of directors, and a partner in the international firms Deloitte and KPMG. He has been acting for more than twenty-five years as an expert in corporate governance, organizational transformation, and the support of executive leaders, within both public and private entities, in Belgium and internationally. He has also served as an expert for several Belgian federal public services. He is active in the field of Public Affairs and chairs the European People Governance Institute, which works toward the international implementation of the European Charter for People Governance.
